Reservation Policy

PRICING CONDITIONS

Rates include breakfast (unless otherwise directed promotion)

Net non-commissionable rates, expressed per room (if not otherwise specified) and US dollar (USD).

Rates published on the website do not apply to group bookings, you should consult the reservations department for special conditions.

According to art.41 of Law No. 16.441, Easter Island territory is exempt tax (VAT).

Hours check-in: 2:30 pm - check-out hours: 11:00 am.

GENERAL INFORMATION OCCUPATION

Maximum occupancy in standard room: 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children under 5 years.

Maximum occupancy in a superior room: 2 adults + 1 child up to 5 years sharing bed with parents.

SETTING UP BEDS

Standard single: single bed, queen or king size.Standard double twin: Two single beds.

Standard double queen: Queen or king size.

Standard Triple: Three single beds or one queen bed + additional bed (triple twin).

Request subject to confirmation, otherwise it will be done according to "Run of the House".

ADMISSION POLICY

The hotel does not accept pets.

All rooms and common areas of the hotel are non-smoking areas.Snuff Law No. 20.660.

Each passenger must be identified on arrival, if deemed appropriate the hotel may request a guarantee, either in cash or credit card for an amount equivalent to one night's accommodation.

Any additional passenger on arrival that has not been notified prior reservation, you must pay a fee of $ 50 per night accommodation.

CHILD POLICY

One (1) child free up to 5 years old sharing bed with 2 adults.Maximum 1 child free per room, including breakfast buffet (not including special food).

The second child pays as an adult (regardless of age), assigning triple room (double bed + extra bed).

It is considered adult from 6 years old.

Under 18 years can not sleep alone in a room.They should be cared for by an adult.

The hotel has a limited amount of cots is suggested to reserve in advance.Free service.

BOOKING POLICY

All reservations must be requested in writing via e-mail.

For a reservation is considered as such, there must be a written confirmation from the hotel.

It is the sole responsibility of the person requesting the reservation confirmation verify that corresponds to the request.

PAYMENT POLICIES

All reservations through the website can be paid on arrival, prior guarantee or deposit of at least one night's accommodation for each room reserved.

For non-refundable rates payment will be according to the conditions specified in the promotion.

Payment: Deposits and bank transfers in dollars or Chilean pesos, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club and American Express) do not accept payment in installments.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any reservation can be canceled with a maximum of 15 days before arrival.

After this date the hotel reserves the right to charge the credit card, check deposits or retain one (1) night accommodation for each room canceled.

No-show (no show on arrival) applies collect 100% of accommodation and all services agreed.

Each promotion or package can, were appropriate, have individual policies for each cancellation, which shall be clearly specified in each promotion and / or package.
